1. Return Eligibility

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• Gift cards

Once your return is received and inspected:

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

5. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

6. Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us first for return instructions.

• Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product.
